It’s been overheating for quite a while, and did fail on Feisty install. Feisty Server install could go through (90 and 95°C at the end of the install), so it’s booting, and the tech from Acer can run their tests from Windows. I’m not linking to Acer main web page, it has an “Enjoy Vista” […]

That looked a little weird to me, but on several occasions I recommended to check whether > Preferences > Advanced options > Block traffic from reserved addresses on public interfaces was unticked in Firestarter. When ticked, this prevents updates/upgrades.

Along with the new forum theme (Yeah!), there is a new link in the navigation bar that brings you to the complete list of RSS feed. These RSS feeds already existed but not all pulled up on a single page. Enjoy!
